Ingredients
- 4 bananas, peeled
- 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 1/2 c. shredded coconut
Method
- Cut bananas into 1-inch pieces.
- Place the lemon juice, sour cream and coconut into separate bowls. Dip banana pieces into the lemon juice.
- Roll in sour cream and then in coconut.
- Make sure all sides are covered.
- Cover with Saran Wrap and refrigerate several hours. Makes 24 pieces.
