Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. hot Italian sausage
- 1 (32 oz.) Velveeta cheese
- 1 (16 oz.) mild Velveeta jalapeno pepper cheese
- 1 (10 oz.) can diced tomatoes and green chilies (Ro-Tel or Old El Paso)
Method
- Fry ground beef and sausage; drain well.
- Chunk up Velveeta cheese in deep pan or crock-pot.
- Add drained meats and diced tomatoes and green chilies with liquid to cheese mixture.
- Stir frequently until cheese has melted completely.
