Ingredients
- 1 (7 oz.) can clams, drained and chopped or minced
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 2 Tbsp. sour cream
- salt and pepper
Method
- Combine clams, cream cheese, onions and parsley.
- Add 2 tablespoons sour cream or enough to spread on crackers.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
