Ingredients
- 6 cans cream of celery soup
- 3-4 cans minced clams
- 6 med. potatoes diced
- 3 stalks of celery diced
- 1 tsp. thyme
- 2 Tbsp. bacon grease
- 1 med. onion diced
- 6 soup cans of milk
Method
- Combine all ingredients and cook for about 1 hour, if not thick enough, combine 2 Tbsp. corn starch with 1/2 cup water and add to soup, cook until it is thick enough.
