Ingredients
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen crab meat, thawed and flaked
- 1 pt. cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 c. real mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- pinch of salt
- fresh parsley or watercress sprigs
Method
- Drain crab meat on several layers of paper towels.
- Thinly slice tops and bottoms from tomatoes.
- With a small melon ball cutter, remove pulp and drain upside-down on paper towels.
