Ingredients
- 3 strips salt pork
- oil
- 3 c. celery
- 3 c. onion
- 6 medium to large potatoes
- 2 cans baby clams with stomachs
- 2 cans chopped clams
- 1/4 lb. margarine
- 1 pt. light cream
Method
- Cut up salt pork, render fat in pan with 2 tablespoons oil. Remove pork rind from pan and add onions and celery, barely cover with water.
- Cut potatoes bite size and add to onion and celery when almost done.
- Add clams, margarine and cream; simmer.
