- 2 pkg. egg skins
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 lb. regular sausage
- 1 lb. hot sausage
- 2 cans bamboo shoots
- 2 cans water chestnuts
- 4 ribs celery
- 1 head cabbage
- 3 onions
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1 bag carrots
- 1 lb. bean sprouts
- 1 (8 oz.) mushrooms
- spices (garlic, salt, pepper, Accent and ginger)
Method
- Brown the meat.
- Add diced veggies and seasonings; saute until blended and crisply done.
- Stuff egg roll skin with mix.
- Roll up and deep fry until golden brown.
