Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened at room temperature
- 1 (8 oz.) container Wispride Port Cheddar, softened at room temperature
- 1 small jar pimento stuffed olives
- 1 stick Cheddar or other hard cheese
Method
- Combine the first 2 ingredients.
- When they are well mixed, shape with your hands into form of Christmas tree.
- Cut olives crosswise; stick into tree all over.
- Cover tree with chopped dry or fresh parsley; cut a star pattern of cardboard.
- Cut slice of Cheddar about 1/4-inch thick.
- Lay star pattern on cheese; carefully slice around pattern.
- Insert toothpick (carefully) into base of star; set into tree top.
- Serve with crackers.
