Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened at room temperature
  • 1 (8 oz.) container Wispride Port Cheddar, softened at room temperature
  • 1 small jar pimento stuffed olives
  • 1 stick Cheddar or other hard cheese

Method

  • Combine the first 2 ingredients.
  • When they are well mixed, shape with your hands into form of Christmas tree.
  • Cut olives crosswise; stick into tree all over.
  • Cover tree with chopped dry or fresh parsley; cut a star pattern of cardboard.
  • Cut slice of Cheddar about 1/4-inch thick.
  • Lay star pattern on cheese; carefully slice around pattern.
  • Insert toothpick (carefully) into base of star; set into tree top.
  • Serve with crackers.
