Ingredients
- 1 underblade roast (bone-in), remove fat and score
- 1/2 envelope dry onion soup mix
- 3 Tbsp. ketchup
- 3 c. water
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Method
- In large pan, melt fat until 3 tablespoons is obtained.
- Add meat and brown on all sides.
- Add onion soup mix, ketchup and water.
- Cover pan.
- On high heat, bring to boil, then turn to simmer and cook, 30 to 40 minutes per pound.
