Ingredients
- 1 loaf French bread
- 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 4 oz. shredded Cheddar and Mozzarella
- 1 medium onion, processed
- 1 can mushroom stems and pieces, chopped and drained
- 1 stick oleo
Method
- Cook spinach.
- Saute onions and mushrooms in oleo.
- Add drained spinach.
- Remove from heat and add cheeses.
- Slice bread into two halves.
- Spread with mixture and wrap loosely in foil. Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
- Can be frozen and reheated.
