Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. elbow noodles
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 small can evaporated milk
- 1 c. mild Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. sharp white cheese
Method
- Cook noodles as directed on box.
- Drain and set aside.
- Line the bottom of loaf pan with cheeses (1/3).
- Layer 1/3 of noodles. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon sugar; top with cheese.
- Repeat process, ending with cheese.
- Pour evaporated milk on top; salt and pepper.
- Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour.
