Ingredients
- 14 oz. pkg. caramels
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. milk
- 2 c. chopped pecans
- 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable shortening
Method
- Melt caramels in double boiler until smooth.
- Add pecans. Drop by teaspoon on waxed paper, then chill.
- Combine chocolate morsels and shortening in a double boiler until smooth.
- Dip caramel morsels in chocolate mixture.
- Keep refrigerated.
