Ingredients
- 1 (32 oz.) pkg. hash browns
- 1 c. butter, melted
- 1 can cream of chicken with mushroom soup
- 16 oz. grated Velveeta
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1/2 small onion, diced
- 2 c. corn flakes, crushed
Method
- Place hash browns in casserole.
- Mix together soup, cheese, sour cream, onion and 1/2 butter.
- Pour over potatoes.
- Top with corn flakes and drizzle butter over the top.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45 minutes.
