Ingredients
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1/2 c. vegetable or olive oil
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 1 tsp. thyme leaves (optional)
- 1 tsp. marjoram leaves (optional)
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 lb. potatoes, cut into quarters
Method
- Preheat oven to 450°.
- In shallow baking pan, thoroughly blend all ingredients together, except potatoes and turn to coat thoroughly.
- Bake, stirring occasionally, 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
- Garnish with parsley.
- Makes about 8 servings.
