Ingredients
- 1 lb. chocolate (unsweetened)
- 1 lb. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. coffee
- 10 large eggs
Method
- Chop chocolate and cube butter.
- Melt over double boiler.
- Add sugar and coffee.
- Mix well to combine.
- Cool until just warm. Whisk the eggs together and then add to chocolate mixture.
- Whisk well.
- Pour into a 9 or 10-inch spring-form pan that has been greased and dusted with sugar.
- Bake at 325° until set.
- Cool then refrigerate.
- Release pan sides.
- Garnish with sweetened whipped cream and semi-sweet chocolate curls.
