Ingredients
- 2 each oxtails cut
- 2 each onions
- 2 each carrots
- 1 small turnip
- 2 tablespoons flour, all-purpose
- 1 x salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 gallon water
Method
- All all ingredients to a pot and boil for 2 hours; then take out the tails and cut the meat in small pieces.
- Return meat and bones to soup.
- Add salt, pepper and flour.
- Cook for quarter of an hour.
