- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 2 slices bread
- 1 lb. Owens or Jimmy Dean pork sausage
Method
- Cook and drain sausage.
- Mix with corn, 3 tablespoons of butter, eggs, Italian seasoned bread crumbs and chopped green pepper in 8 x 2-inch casserole.
- Tear two slices of bread into small pieces and mix with 3 tablespoons of melted butter.
- Place on top of other ingredients.
- Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
