Ingredients
- 7 fresh peaches, skins removed
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. water
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
Method
- Crush 3 peaches and add 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup water and 3 tablespoons cornstarch.
- Cook until the mixture is thick and clear.
- Slice the remaining peaches into a baked pie shell.
- Pour the cooled mixture over the sliced peaches and chill.
- Serve with whipped cream topping.
