Ingredients
- 1 baked pastry shell
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cocoa
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 1/2 c. scalded milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Method
- Mix dry
- ingredients.
- Add
- egg
- yolks and milk.
- Cook over low
- heat
- until thick or double boiler.
- Add vanilla and butter. Pour into baked pie shell and top with meringue.
