Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. peanut butter (smooth)
- 1 bag chocolate kisses
Method
- Beat butter and peanut butter.
- Add both sugars, vanilla and egg.
- Beat until light. Sift flour and soda together.
- Add to first mixture.
- Form into small balls.
- Bake at 350° until cookies begin to brown lightly.
- Place a chocolate kiss on top of each cookie.
- Return to oven for just a moment.
