Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground ham, smoked and cured
- 2 lb. lean ground beef
- 3 beaten eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. crushed cracker crumbs or boxed Kellogg's corn flake crumbs
Method
- Mix
- together all ingredients and shape into logs (6 to 8 logs per pound of meat).
- Line baking sheet with foil. Lay logs on pan and bake for 45 minutes at 350°.
