Ingredients
- 1 box graham crackers
- 2 small boxes vanilla instant pudding
- 3 c. milk
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
Method
- Beat pudding, milk and sugar until smooth.
- Fold in Cool Whip.
- Use Pam cooking spray to lightly grease a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
- Place a layer of whole crackers on bottom of pan.
- Top with half of the pudding mix.
- Add another layer of whole crackers. Top with remaining pudding mix.
- Add another layer of whole crackers.
- Ice with Chocolate Icing.
