Ingredients

  • 1 box graham crackers
  • 2 small boxes vanilla instant pudding
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip

Method

  • Beat pudding, milk and sugar until smooth.
  • Fold in Cool Whip.
  • Use Pam cooking spray to lightly grease a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
  • Place a layer of whole crackers on bottom of pan.
  • Top with half of the pudding mix.
  • Add another layer of whole crackers. Top with remaining pudding mix.
  • Add another layer of whole crackers.
  • Ice with Chocolate Icing.
