Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 -5 cups cream of celery soup
  • 2 tablespoons white wine
  • 2 cups shredded swiss cheese
  • crouton
  • salt and pepper

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees, mix cooking wine, soup, one cup shredded swiss cheese, and two cups croutons in a bowl, salt and peper. Place chicken in baking dish, top chicken breasts with remaining cheese, pour soup mixture over, top with more croutons- cover with foil, bake at 350 for one hour covered, remove foil and bak for 15 min, lets cool for 5-10 mins before serving.
