Ingredients
- 1/3 c. crushed corn
- 1 tsp. butter
- 1 egg
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Method
- Beat the egg and mix with the corn, pepper and salt.
- Pour the mixture into an individual baking dish.
- Place the butter on top of the mixture.
- Place the baking dish in a pan of water and bake in a moderate oven for about 20 minutes.
- When an inserted silver knife comes out without the mixture adhering, remove from the oven.
