Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 cans condensed milk
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice (4-8 lemons depending on size)
- Grated rind of 2 lemons (Soak rind in juice while preparing remaining ingredients)
Method
- Separate eggs.
- Beat yolks.
- Add to yolks-the milk and the lemon juice with rind.
- Beat whites till stiff.
- Fold into egg yolk mixture.
