Ingredients

  • 1 c. plain flour
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/4 c. chopped pecans
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1/2 large container Cool Whip
  • 1 large box Jell-O chocolate instant pudding
  • 1 1/4 c. milk

Method

  • Mix flour, butter and pecans (may be doubled).
  • Press in a 10 x 14-inch pan.
  • Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
  • Blend cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip; add to first layer.
  • Blend Jell-O pudding and milk; add to second layer.
  • Top with remaining Cool Whip and nuts.
