Ingredients
- 1 c. plain flour
- 1 stick butter
- 1/4 c. chopped pecans
- 8 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1/2 large container Cool Whip
- 1 large box Jell-O chocolate instant pudding
- 1 1/4 c. milk
Method
- Mix flour, butter and pecans (may be doubled).
- Press in a 10 x 14-inch pan.
- Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
- Blend cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip; add to first layer.
- Blend Jell-O pudding and milk; add to second layer.
- Top with remaining Cool Whip and nuts.
