Ingredients

  • 1/3 c. butter
  • 2 c. Marshmallow Creme
  • 4 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. almond extract
  • dash of salt
  • 36 cherries
  • 2 c. chocolate chips

Method

  • Drain cherries on paper towels.
  • Mix butter, Marshmallow Creme, powdered sugar, almond extract and dash of salt. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  • Then pat out small amounts of the white mixture in hand and place a cherry in the center and roll up into balls.
  • Place them on a greased cookie sheet and refrigerate 1 hour.
  • Melt chocolate chips and cover balls.
