Ingredients
- 1/3 c. butter
- 2 c. Marshmallow Creme
- 4 c. powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- dash of salt
- 36 cherries
- 2 c. chocolate chips
Method
- Drain cherries on paper towels.
- Mix butter, Marshmallow Creme, powdered sugar, almond extract and dash of salt. Refrigerate 1 hour.
- Then pat out small amounts of the white mixture in hand and place a cherry in the center and roll up into balls.
- Place them on a greased cookie sheet and refrigerate 1 hour.
- Melt chocolate chips and cover balls.
