Ingredients
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1/2 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. chocolate chips
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. flaked coconut (optional)
- 9-inch pastry shell
Method
- Cream butter, sugar and flour together.
- Then add 2 well beaten eggs.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Add chocolate chips, pecans, vanilla and coconut.
- Stir together.
- Pour into unbaked 9-inch pastry shell.
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown at 350°.
- (Use deep dish pie crust because this may boil over.)
