Ingredients

  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 c. 100% grated Parmesan cheese (green can, Italian style)
  • 1 or 2 chopped jalapenos
  • 1 or 2 chopped green onions
  • 12 flour tortillas (room temperature)

Method

  • Mix the top 5 ingredients; spread evenly on tortillas.
  • Roll tightly.
  • Wrap in wax paper and place in refrigerator to chill at least 3 hours.
  • Remove from refrigerator; cut each roll into 1-inch pieces.
  • Stick toothpick in each piece.
  • Makes 70 to 80 pieces.
