Ingredients
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 c. 100% grated Parmesan cheese (green can, Italian style)
- 1 or 2 chopped jalapenos
- 1 or 2 chopped green onions
- 12 flour tortillas (room temperature)
Method
- Mix the top 5 ingredients; spread evenly on tortillas.
- Roll tightly.
- Wrap in wax paper and place in refrigerator to chill at least 3 hours.
- Remove from refrigerator; cut each roll into 1-inch pieces.
- Stick toothpick in each piece.
- Makes 70 to 80 pieces.
