Ingredients
- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 1 c. Crisco
- 3/4 c. granulated sugar
- 3/4 c. light brown sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Method
- Heat oven to 375°.
- In large mixing bowl, beat Crisco, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla until creamy. Add eggs; beat well.
- Gradually add flour, beating well.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Cool completely. Makes about 6 dozen cookies.
