Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/4 c. chopped green bell pepper
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 Tbsp. seasoned salt (optional)
- chopped parsley
Method
- Soften cream cheese until smooth.
- Add pineapple, pepper, onion, nuts and salt.
- Roll in nuts and parsley.
- Wrap in waxed paper and refrigerate.
