Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/2 c. sugar
- graham crackers, whole
- coconut or nuts or both
Method
- Place butter, margarine and sugar in saucepan.
- Bring to a boil; boil for 2 minutes (medium heat).
- Place whole graham crackers on bottom of cookie sheet (approximately 4 dozen).
- Pour hot syrup over crackers and sprinkle with chopped nuts and coconut.
- Place in 350° oven and bake until lightly browned, about 10 minutes.
- Take off pan immediately.
- Place on well-greased aluminum foil.
