Ingredients
- 1 large can sauerkraut
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 c. diced green pepper
- 1/4 c. diced onion
- 3 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 3 Tbsp. diced pimentos
Method
- Drain kraut and chop it into 1-inch pieces with kitchen shears.
- Using large mixing bowl, add all other ingredients and mix well.
- Cover; refrigerate 24 hours.
- Keeps well.
