Ingredients
- 1 package devil's food cake
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- Frosting:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup milk 5 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Method
- Mix all cake ingredients together and put in a jelly roll pan or 1/2 sheet cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
- For frosting, combine sugar, milk, and butter. Bring to a boil. Cook 1 minute and then add 1 cup chocolate chips.
- Frost cake and let cool for 1 1/2 hours.
