Ingredients
- 2 to 4 russet baking potatoes or long white potatoes
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- fresh ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
Method
- Preheat oven to 450°, leaving skin on.
- Scrub potatoes thoroughly and cut lengthwise into 1/2-inch strips.
