Ingredients

  • 4 to 8 chicken breasts
  • 2 Large eggs, beaten
  • Bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • Parsley
  • 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 c. mozzarella cheese
  • 1 pt. heavy cream

Method

  • Beat Large eggs.
  • Dip chicken breasts in egg batter then in bread curbs.
  • Brown well on both sides (they don't have to be done).
  • Mix Parmesan cheese with parsley, 1/2 c. mozzarella cheese and heavy cream.
  • Pour over chicken in baking dish.
  • Pour another 1 to 2 c. mozzarella cheese over chicken.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
  • Serve this dish with a salad.
