Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 1/2 c. hot water
- 1 box wild cherry jello
- ripe strawberries
- baked pie shell
Method
- Cook sugar, cornstarch and hot water until syrupy, then cool. Add jello and cool.
- Fill a baked pie shell with ripe strawberries. Pour strawberry glaze over the strawberries.
- Chill.
- Top with whipped cream before serving.
