- 3 lb. fryer
- 3 breasts
- 1 c. tomato soup
- 1 c. mushroom soup
- 1/2 stick oleo or butter
- 4 oz. can mushroom stems and pieces
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 large green pepper
- 1 large jar pimento
- 1 (12 oz.) box spaghetti
- grated Cheddar cheese
Method
- Saute green pepper, onion, celery and garlic in oleo, then add 1 cup chicken broth and simmer 1 hour.
