Ingredients
- 1 round steak, tenderized
- 2 green bell peppers, cleaned and sliced
- 1 small can water chestnuts, drained
- 1 can beef broth
- 1 1/2 c. Minute rice
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
Method
- Slice steak into 1/4-inch strips.
- Brown steak in oil.
- Add cornstarch.
- Stir until cornstarch is mixed well with steak.
- Add broth, water chestnuts, soy sauce and bell peppers.
- Simmer for approximately 10 minutes.
- Add rice.
- Cover and let set until rice is fluffy approximately 10 minutes.
