Ingredients
- 1 cup fat-free plain Greek-style yogurt (such as Fage(R) 0%)
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/2 cucumber, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- salt to taste
Method
- Mix yogurt, cucumber, garlic, parsley, and salt together in a bowl. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate 1 hour. Stir before serving.
