Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. cooked chicken (boneless and skinless)
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 onion, diced
- shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbsp. pimentos (if desired)
- 8 oz. spaghetti or angel hair pasta
Method
- Dice chicken.
- Add soup, pimento and onion.
- Cook and drain noodles.
- Mix with chicken mixture and place in casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
- Top with Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350° for another 15 to 30 minutes.
- Serves 6.
