Ingredients
- 6 lb. skinned, boneless chicken breasts
- 1 large bunch celery, diced
- 1 Tbsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
- 1 tsp. white pepper
- 3 c. mayonnaise
- 4 tsp. lemon juice or red cider vinegar
Method
- Bake chicken (do not dry out meat) and cut into large cubes. Mix celery, salt, pepper, mayonnaise, juice/vinegar together.
- Add chicken cubes and mix well.
- Extras that can be added to salad: green onion to taste, pineapple tidbits, diced apples, sliced green grapes, nuts.
- Chill and serve.
