Ingredients
- 2 c. chicken, cooked and cut up
- 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1 c. celery, sliced thin
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 4 oz. drained mushrooms
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- 1 small can Chinese noodles
- 1 can bamboo shoots
Method
- Combine first 4 ingredients, overnight.
- The next day, add the next 4 ingredients.
- Pour in a baking dish.
- Add crushed cashews or slivered almonds on top.
- Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes or until hot throughout.
