Ingredients
- 5 to 6 pieces chicken
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (any kind)
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 3 c. liquid (milk and water)
- 1 c. regular rice
Method
- Mix all, but chicken and rice.
- Place rice in casserole.
- Pour mix over rice (save 1 cup).
- Place chicken on top and extra mix on top of chicken.
- Cover; bake at 350° for 1 hour.
