- 2 cooked, diced chicken breasts
- 1 1/2 c. cooked rice
- 1 c. sliced celery
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. salt
- pepper
Method
- Combine soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice in a large bowl. Fold in rest of ingredients until well mixed.
- Pour into greased casserole dish. Top with crushed corn flakes. Dot with butter and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
