Ingredients
- 2 cans black-eyed peas, drained
- 1 can loosely packed hominy, drained
- 2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
- spring onions, chopped
- 1 small green pepper, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 c. cilantro, chopped
- 8 oz. Italian dressing
Method
- Combine all.
- Refrigerate 2 hours.
- Drain before serving with tortilla chips.
