Ingredients
- 1 crumb crust (vanilla wafer or possibly graham cracker)
- 1 (8 ounce.) cream cheese
- 1 1/3 c. condensed lowfat milk
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 can cherry pie filling
Method
- Soften cream cheese to room temperature.
- Whip till fluffy.
- Gradually add in condensed lowfat milk and continue to beat till well blended.
- Add in vanilla and lemon juice.
- Blend well.
- Pour into crust and put cherry filling on top.
