Ingredients
- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. oleo
- 1 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
Method
- Blend flour, sugar and oleo.
- Add milk and vanilla.
- Beat for 2 minutes, scraping bowl frequently.
- Add eggs and beat 2 minutes. Bake in greased and floured 8-inch pans, 30 to 35 minutes, at 350°.
