- 1 1/2 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
- 1 1/2 c. diced cooked chicken or turkey
- 1/4 c. chopped pimento
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
Method
- Heat oven to 350°.
- Stir together all ingredients, pour into ungreased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
- Cover and bake 1 hour. Serves 4 to 6.
