Ingredients
- 1 fryer, cut up
- 3 to 4 medium potatoes
- garlic powder to taste
- 1/2 to 1 Tbsp. paprika (for color and taste)
Method
- Place fryer pieces in large Baggie.
- Slice potatoes into 1/4-inch slices.
- Add to chicken in Baggie.
- Add oil, just to coat all pieces evenly.
- Season with garlic.
- Add paprika.
- Shake well then pour into baking dish.
- Bake at 350° until crispy and golden brown.
